You have a normal day like any other, but you start receiving strange calls like a person laughing, and scaring you. A recent case of a murderer in the city appears on television

It was a cool little game. I wish there was a little more to the endings but I did like how you could make different choices to get different outcomes. I had a good time playing it though. Thanks for the fun!

You can't put a price tag on this game and I highly suggest you take the price tag off in case you don't want the artist to sue you. Let me explain. One of the assets you are using has a CC Attribution-Noncommercial license, which means that you may not use it for the commercial purposes.
As a fellow game developer and someone who respects the artists and their work, once again I suggest you take the price tag off.

I see two scenarios:
In the first one, you can leave a link to my artstation in the credits for the game;
In the second, remove the model from the game.

Sorry, I don't mean to intrude, but on an official assets page, once again, the model is credited under "Non-Commercial Use", which again, means that the person is prohibited to use it in the commercial purposes.
I fully understand it is up to your kindness to let them use the asset, but it is a bit unfair, because there are other game developers, who would like to use the asset, but unlike Fear Scape, they won't sell the game, rather put it out for free, like it is supposed to.
Not telling you what to do, but if you label the asset under Non-Commercial, Fear Scape must remove the price tag, give you proper credit and leave this be, that would be fair. But, again, you can give them permission to do what they want. I, personally, wouldn't, especially because they are so inattentive, irresponsible and that's not the first time they did this. It would be a good lesson to them, just saying.

As I understand it, this is just a kid with whom it is pointless to fight for copyright, so I just tried to get at least some profit from this situation. The model is posted under a non-commercial license so that I can then use it myself in my own works, but since it has already been “stolen”, it might make sense to change the license to CC0. But first, I will use it in my work, I hope during this period no one will steal it again. Or at least ask permission :')
